Pakhi gets kidnapped, will Anupamaa and Vanraj be able to find her?

Image
Rajan Shahi's "Anupamaa" is able to connect with the audience not just because it's the story of a housewife who is not acknowledged by her family, but it focuses on every member of the family and the struggles they go through. And recently, the audience saw that Pakhi leaves her home because she felt her parents don't love her anymore. This did not happen in one day, and the makers have very beautifully shown this build-up in the past few months that made her take the decision.  When Anupamaa went to Pakhi's room with her dinner, she found a hand-written letter by her and she immediately called Vanraj. In the letter Pakhi had mentioned that Anupamaa has got a new daughter in Kinjal, and Vanraj has Kavya now, nobody in the family needs her and that's why she is leaving. Anupamaa and Vanraj quickly leave to find her, while the others also make phone calls and visit their neighbours to find her.  What came as a surprise was Rakhi call...

Unfortunate that the blame of some heartbreaking events went on nepotism, rather than human behaviour: Talent manager Tanujaa V Mehra

Image
The word "nepotism" made headlines once again after Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput's sad demise in 2020. Whether it's fair or not, the debate is still on, and though talent manager Tanujaa V Mehra, who handles actors like Tabu, Tusshar Kapoor, and Himansh Kohli, to name a few, agrees that the industry is prone to favouritism and partiality, she stressed that blaming this sad event on nepotism was not fair.  She also admitted that though it might look all good from the outside, even star kids face rejections and are often being compared not just to their contemporaries but also their parents.  She said, "It’s unfortunate that the blame for some rather heartbreaking events went on nepotism whereas the issue was more of human behaviour and every individual’s capability to handle both the demands of stardom and its pressure. Having said that, it’s not that we aren’t privy to partiality and favouritism at all levels of the entertainment industry, be ...

While the entire family performs to "Twist...", Anupamaa gives a beautiful solo performance on "Aaj phir jeene ki tamanna hai". The whole family is having a good time when Pakhi and Kavya engage in an argument.  Pakhi tells Kavya not to pretend to be sweet to her and her family, to which Kavya says she is being real. Actor Ajay Singh Chaudhary to be seen in Inspector Avinash

Image
Actor Ajay Singh Chaudhary whom we have last seen in Apoorva Lakhia’s Crackdown series will be now seen working in Inspector Avinash. Ajay will be sporting a mustache and short hair in the series. The new-look is very sharp, intense and in contrast with his Crackdown look where we have seen him with a long beard and hairdo.  Ajay portrayed Hamid in the series which was loved by the viewers. Interestingly Ajay played a character of a terrorist in Crackdown whereas in Inspector Avinash he is playing a cop. The actor is on right track and working back to back on good projects. Actor Randeep Hooda will make his digital debut with the web series Inspector Avinash. Based on the real-life events of super cop Avinash Mishra, the web-series is being made by director Neeraj Pathak.
