Dance is the purest art form which is also needed in acting: Aniruddh Dave

Actor Aniruddh Dave needs no introduction. He has proved his acting talent over the years with shows like Raajkumar Aaryaan, Phulwa, Ruk Jana Nahi, Bandhan, Suryaputra Karn, Y.A.R.O Ka Tashan, Patiala Babes and Shakti will be now seen in Akshay Kumar’s Bell Bottom. Though we have not seen Aniruddh in a dance avtaar but on the International Dance Day the actor shares his love for dancing. He says,”India is a diverse country and we all love singing and dancing. You think of any Indian festivals, wedding - dance is a common form of expression. I must have danced so many times in a relative or a good friend’s wedding. And also in college annual functions.”
Dave adds,”If I get a chance I would love to play a character which involves a lot of dance forms, I have done theatre and I know dance is the purest art form which is also needed in acting. I have always loved Shammi Kapoor’s way of dancing. Just think of Junglee, Teesri Manzil, Prince his casual way of dancing and swag - who else has that charm? And that too what I heard he used to design his own moves.”
