Shlokka Pandit takes to meditation and enrolls in a course

The pandemic and the lockdown has been a difficult time for everyone. But we had no choice but to turn to positivity during these difficult times. This is just what our favorite girl, Shlokka Pandit has done. She starred in the film Hello Charlie and was accepted with critical and audience acclaim. She has invested her time in a lot of constructive habits and meditation is definitely one of them. In the hustle and bustle of our times mostly we lose touch with the inner self. Meditation is by far and large the best way to be in alignment with ourselves and Shlokka is doing just that.

We spoke to her and here is what she has got to say, "I loved doing yoga and I would just sit in peace and breathe frequently and it calmed me. That's when it struck me to enroll myself in a meditation class online. I am surprised and excited by the results. I have a completely new perspective on myself and the world around me. It just fills me with so much positivity and good energy. I am recommending to everyone that I can. One has to sit in a deep inner sense and experience the inner world. The outer world is just a reflection of our inner self and we get the calmness of a monk eventually. Let's all stay accountable and get vaccinated. Love and light to all."
Meditation is one of the best ways to unlock our potential and understand the real us and we would definitely recommend it just like Shlokka does.
