150 lucky fans chosen to watch Sharad Kelkar’s Marathi hit film, Har Har Mahadev.


‘Har Har Mahadev’ is a movie that tells the story of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and his relationship with his commander Baji Prabhu Deshpande who finally gave his life while helping his king during the Battle of Pavankhind. Presented by Zee Studios this movie stars Sharad Kelkar, Subodh Bhave, and Amruta Khanvilkar among other amazing actors. The movie is a Pan-India Marathi film released in 5 languages, Marathi, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Telugu and has created a sensation at the box office. 
Recently Zee Studios held a contest where 150 lucky fans would get the chance to watch ‘Har Har Mahadev’ with none other than Sharad Kelkar himself. When the movie screening with the fans was held, all 150 fans were brimming with excitement to meet their hero, Sharad Kelkar. As soon as he entered the building, Sharad was greeted with hoots and cheers from the elated fans. In a blink of an eye, he was surrounded by a large crowd who had nothing but praises for him. He even picked up a little boy who was one of the lucky fans, the two had an adorable interaction where the little boy recited Sharad’s dialogue from the trailer, on their way to the theatre.

While greeting and interacting with the fans he said, “I am thankful to you all for participating in the contest and coming here. I want you all to enjoy the movie and spread the word so that more and more people come and watch it. That will encourage the Marathi film industry and we will be inspired t make bigger and better films.”

Even while the movie was being screened their cheering was heard. The fans were extremely impressed by the way Sharad Kelkar played the role of Baji Prabhu Deshpande. Many even went on to say that he definitely did the role justice. Sharad Kelkar too was extremely happy and excited to interact with his fans through this event. We definitely cannot wait to see what the dynamic actor has in store for us!
