I was astonished to visit and explore 14 cities of Madhya Pradesh in 16 days, every day was a different experience", Actor Avinash Vijay Sachdev on turning a host for a travel show!

Actor Avinash Vijay Sachdev is one of the finest actors of our times. He has given us some of the most memorable shows of our times be it “Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon? Ek Baar Phir... , Choti Bahu and many more.

The actor has always kept his life private, but people who know him are aware that he is quite intellectual and adventurous. The actor is back to screen but as a host this time. Yes you read it right Avinash will be seen hosting a travel show, donning the role of a 'guide' and a 'host' for MP Tourism! From traveling endlessly to getting sunburn, the actor had a quite an adventurous time shooting for it.

Talking about his experience Avinash shared, "This was undoubtedly one of the most difficult and adventurous shoot of my life. In the rarity of situations the shoot was an amalgamation of GSI ( Geological Survey Of India ) and MP tourism which is indeed first of its kind. The entire concept of the shoot was to explain earth and human evolution at the same time”

He added , “I was astonished to visit and explore 14 cities of the state in 16 days. Every day was a different experience . But We shot for hours straight and that became quite hectic as the sun in MP is quite harsh on the skin resulting in sun burn on my full neck and peeling of my facial skin”

When asked about how he managed to pull it off he shared , “ I did convince myself to portray the facts on screen, as they were unbelievable to me firstly. Traveling is something which I love immensely, so I took a lot of interest in learning and acquiring knowledge about the big bang theory “

Speaking about his journey and take away from the show Avinash said , “During the shoot i have seen the entire earth and human evolution, from Lava to the formation of the planet earth , formation of the continents and even the great himalayas, evolution of humans from hunters to farmers while I saw all the evidences, we also saw fossil of the dinosaur eggs, fossil of tress which are elder even to dinosaurs. So I have a bunch of memories to take back”

Concluding he shared , “Our Ancestors were so talented and creative what they have done has helped us sustain our legacy bought till here and I hope we continue to do better things in this world and save the planet and retain its beauty ”
